I think i feel the same way n0w... I have seen this thread before i applied in the company and i think its true. I dont want to bad mouth the company but i belong to one of the recent 3 waves and they were like in living hell. I dont want to go into details but why is the owner treating the employees that way? In fact we are performing well and we dont have absences. And I cant take it when the lady owner/bruha scolds agents especially my wavemates knowing that we are still trainees! Come on, they are not paying us enough for the training fee.
Well for me, I already have an experience with sales and earning much before but i still chose 724 Care due to its ambiance and its accessibility. But then on, weighing things, that company is not worth staying for. My wavemates already sacrified their classes and my classes too but i think it will never pay-off. Just sharing my thought. ;(
Yes... you might be partly true but there are times that lady owner is hitting below the belt. And giving unwanted and foul play comments especially in front of many agents. I dont want to quote what she just said but its nasty. Ive been through this kind of scenario that the owners are the american husband and pinay wife but they were very good to their employees. Its just that the account got dissolved. But for this company, she must not treat agents that way especially newbies. We know that there is pressure in work but she doesnt have to do that to agents. Its not anymore strictness, its rudeness!

Sorry for being outrageous! hehehe... But i already quit the training. 3 days before our graduation, i dint continue anymore when i found out that if you fail, they will give you your allowance after two weeks. Gudness, i have mouths to feed and if i found a job right away i can still earn more than my training fee=allowance for two weeks. But if i passed then i will have only a week to get the allowance/training fee but its still in check form. Paet sad ani oi... I went to 724 Care to have a stable job but it seems Im not gonna enjoy it there coz the management is not pro-agents. ;(
the lady owner is a call center agent from etelecare before as what I know.
