you still have time to have it transferred bay... send it direct to pcci, it will only take 1wk for the transfer... even if you havent received the new peds yet, you can still join, just get the new pcci reg no.

If ever the puppy is still in the name of the previous owner or breeder, the puppy can stil join the dog show. There is no restriction as far as ownership is corcern. Its only for the satisfaction of the new owner to see the papers are under his/her name when the pupy wins...... Good luck !
