exercise (walking,jogging, sit ups,curl ups)..drink water a lot everyday.. avoid too much rice sa pagkaon.. ginagmay lang kaon..

haaay, problema kaayo ni nako ang pagamay tyan. pwede, inom na lang ko diet pill be. unsa man maayo nga diet pill?
sit ups are pretty much useless if d ka mag diet
less food in take lng tlga and if possible more fruits and water
