can i know who is a good doctor in ears in cebu but not expensive. I'm still a student and i can't afford expensive doctors.

I have this problem in my ear for about 1 year now. And i don't know it is getting or worse. Sometimes i can feel inside my ear that something is crawling and sometimes it's aching. And for about 1year i can't use my left ear because there is sounds inside my ear.

Please Help ME!!!!
