That's your own opinion dude and i'm not gonna bite in to your crap. You've got security nightmares sa jail nga imong natrabaho-an kay ang mga nagdumala didto way atiman ug wa hatagi nila ug importansya ang mga inmates nila. I think they don't give a crap about the welfare of their inmates and they don't make efforts to rehabilitate their inmates and make them good people once they are integrated back into society. Nag apas ra sila sa ilang mga sweldo!


My friend told me that in CPDRC, They are really strict when it comes to rehabilitating their inmates coz they withstand every meaning of cpdRc. Try to visit the penitentiary and compare it sa mga jail nga imong natrabahoan. Try to see it for yourself.
