    salary is a strictly confidential matter. if you really wish to know that information, it would be wise to personally present yourself and take the hiring procedure. there will always be a stage in the process when the company shall make their offer for your service at which would be the right moment for you to negotiate should the offer be less than what you think your skills and knowledge are worth.

    hiring process i think would be dependent upon the job post you are applying for. should the company needs more employees asap, 1 day process is likely to happen.

    naka try kog apply.. this year lang..
    1st). pasar ko sa typing test which they require 35words per minute or 40 ba toh..
    2nd). pag initial interview na hagbong bitaw kai bogo man ko hahahah (1st call center nga ako g. applyan)

    there's no such thing as bogo and same goes to no such thing as perfect. 1st time is always the toughest stage. charge it to experience.. i've been there as well so i know how it really feels. we should be thankful that "try again" is free of charge. ^_^

    the pay you would more likely to get depends on how you sell yourself to the company .. that's all i can say. ^_^

    i applied this afternoon.. passed the exam (Customer SErvice, English, Mental Ability), passed the initial and final int. Had the phone simulation which is too easy. The recruitment staff is friendly. I never expected it coz i thiught pasagdan lng ka, dili ka i-accomodate. They will call me tomorrow daw if I passed the phone sim coz they have to send the recording to the client for verification. If ever I'll pass, training starts on Monday daw. I hope I will pass kay taga OPOn ra sad ko. Just a ride from home

    I'll be starting tonight. gamay ra kaayo ila pay. daily basis man. PhP450+ ilang daily then six days a weeks kay gibutang man ko nila sa new account. naay 10% night diff. naay attendance bonus 1.6k. after 2 months pa ang meal allowance. bati ilang hmo coz after 2 months, the company will shoulder only 25% then if 6 months kay 50% then 1 year and up kay 75%.
