try to look for a good alternator from a multicab and connect that to the rotating shaft of the fan blade of the windmill, connect the alternator to a battery to charge it and get a power inverter 12 volts DC to 220 volts AC output. you should get around 40 to 60 wind velocity to kept your battery from charging but easily you can get around 300 to 500 watts of power

what would stop this from rotating the opposite way?
would that be negative voltage if it did? from the other designs in the previous
page, looks like they could only spin one way.

they should have this at the SRP...

is it windy at SRP? I've driven there a couple of times but i never noticed any strong winds.
to get the most benefit and ROI, i think the area should sustain winds at least 80% of the time.

i think they should put a bunch of these facing east, e.g. siargao/surigao area.

found this though... a bit from this link /dev/thekevdog - My Homemade Wind Generator

i don't know if i can trust what CD-R King is selling.
definitely made in China with substandard quality control.
these things are suppose to last 20+ years to get your return on investments
and enjoy the benefits of free power.
you would be lucky if the CD-R King brand would last 2 years.

Perti rabang mahala, nya ang wind dili raba stable ang velocity.

I think PV solar panel with an output of 12V 60watts will not cost, 100K including battery bank & inverter. Rough estimate lang ni nako wala pako nahuman ug canvass ang actual.

here are some brands and prices for solar panels:

if i ever build a house in P.I. someday, i would definitely install solar panels.
and probably wind turbine as a supplement.

for Php100,000 you could already have a 1.5KW solar panel array. even if u don't have banks of battery, once u hook it up to the grid, it'll slow down the meter or even reverse it if ur not using any appliances. this is during the day of course.
