may question lang ko like sa ako case,
usually 12 hours gyud ko babad sa computer.
sugod ko 11am mo end 11pm.
is it advisable nga mo wash sa face after ana?

since 12 hrs imo work den atubang pa jud ka computer....pg-abot nimo sa balay u rest ur eyes, close it and relax ur eyes for at least 30 minutes den after u wash ur face n apply ur beauty regimen

dili man jud na angay iprick ang pimples...dili man gani na dapat cge ug touch kay ma-irritate ug ma-infected....ako facial no pricking....gamitan lng ug ultrasonic machine ug photon light para mamatay ang bacteria....
