    Manila rank higher though. Top 3 are India cities. Anyways, am planning to change this. And by doing it we got to do a little crab mentality We gotta grab manila down lol.

    True but its a bit Pessimistic = Bisag Asa ka ibutang naa gyud na xa... we are not living in a Perfect world... Crime and Progress do come hand in hand bisag ganahan ka or dili, pero naa raman na sa atong Government sad. for me I LOVE CEBU!
