As per the news last night, the typhoon will make a landfall on Thursday which might directly hit the northern Luzon area, again. Of course, we should not take a back seat because we all know that even if we are in the Visayas or Mindanao region, it does not mean we will be exempted from the adverse effects of the typhoon. We should all be prepared because we don't know what will happen in the future.

Maybe those who are advised to relocate should do so before the typhoon comes. It might be another tragedy again if we will not listen to these advisories. As they say, it is still better to err on the side of precaution.

This storm is snaky and sneaky. It has been snaking its way across that area between Japan and the Philippines for several days now. In all my years observing storm paths, this one has got to be one of the slowest moving storms...it's moving along at snail pace, which makes it worrysome because it still has the potential to go wherever it may want to go. Current wind trends point to the Northern Luzon landfall, but what if the polar winds from China increases its intensity? What if some other low pressure area builds up near the SCS? So many factors to consider, and yet that thing is sitting out there, crawling and creeping steadily towards the Luzon, like some malevolent super giant monster just waiting to pounce...
