bro im now in new zealand holding a visitors visa..i really want to apply for work in here..but i dont have a work permit..my wife is a pr in here..the immigration officer told me that i could apply for work permit undr partnership with my wife, but the problem is we havnt have lived together for 12 months and their questioning the genuity of our relationship in which it is one of their requirments..im really wondring if there is a way in which i would be granted a work permit..we lived here in one house together with her mother and brother but the house is not under our name...but its with her and her mother..if only we could have transfered for another house on our own and start having our own transactions to support the genuity of our relationship..

back when i was still in the Philippines, i applied for a working visa but was denied for they were not convinced with the stability of our relationship, but i was granted for a visitors visa good for nine months only...we had this problem because as we got married with my wife 3 days later she left to new zealand.. can you help me bro if what else could we provide in order for us to convince the immigration office about the stablility of our relationship granting that they would issue me a working permit..thanx so much..hope i could hear a response from u...

    Advantages in Hiring a Consultant

    1. Applications with Immigration New Zealand (INZ) are properly accomplished and all requirements met

    2. Guide prospective migrants in providing information to INZ

    3. Enhance success of applications by correctly responding to INZ queries regarding special circumstances of the applicants

New Zealand Immigration Policy is a complex mesh of information that requires professional experts. It is contained in the Immigration New Zealand Manual with more than 800 pages. It can be interpreted in various ways by Immigration Officers and validated by circulars announced by INZ. The Residence Review Board, the Removal Review Board and Judicial Review decisions of the High Court periodically influence how policies are interpreted.

A comprehensive understanding of the immigration processes is therefore a must for an application to succeed. A consultant can guide the applicant to prepare and identify the correct documents and pertinent information. The risk of delay or even failure far outweighs the cost of hiring a consultant.

In some NZIS branches, majority of the applications lodged by individuals were declined due to deficiencies in gathering the appropriate requirements. Issues like recognized qualifications, relevant experience, language requirements, NZQA assessments, timing in securing the requirements such as the medicals and police clearances, etc can be confusing and are in fact misinterpreted by many.

Unfortunately, it is not the obligation of INZ to interpret the policies to applicants because they are not an advisory body and make a decision on cases based on the information provided by the applicant.

Hiring a qualified and trustworthy consultant is to mitigate risk of very costly delays or even unsuccessful application.
