girl, i used to work in a bank but under HR, i know pressure jud kaau na especially NA or NAT ka... and so far i know there's no 90 days notice thats totally wrong. based on what we have in our company since i am also an HR Specialist under employee relation we advice our employees to give us at least 30 days notice since thats the SOP to find a replacement ... now if we cannot find that is competent and capable to do the job we would request atleast alil more patient till we find a replacement.

but if i were you away lang hawa sa dinha mam try to mingle to all your colleagues kay lisod bya pangita og trabaho ron. when i left sa bank pila pa ka years pud koy walay trabaho coz one year of experience isnt enough for you to be qualified to be in a bongacious nga company.

think it a million times ok!!!

uhmmm..naa ko question...

nag OJT ko karon then ang gi pa buhat ra namu is stamping ORs and other receipts na wala pa na use..i'm a BS management accounting student...3 mi kabuok nag ojt ani na company then all we did was stamping..ning reklamo nami 3 coz our work didto kay dili accounting related...and it is stated in our MOA na ang i assign jd na work sa student trainee is kanang field jd in accntng auditing finance and taxation..then we called kaotng ni hire namu (but an pa kau sa sugod..she gave us a print out of our duties and responsibilities gani na ok kauu unta..naa jd accounting bah) ..ni ask mi if maka do bah mi ug accounting work while we are on training...ang iyang gi tubag is "we'll see.." (na ning2 mi sa amu mga miga)..then she said wala daw gi ingon sa MOA namu na kaialngan jd daw accnting related...(in fact it is really stated in our MOA jd)

ako question is...ok ra bah mi mu state sa amung reason why mi mu resign? (negative or harsh man ra bah paminawon if mu ana mi the reason why i am resigning in ur co. is coz the work you assigned to us isn't related to accounting andd it is stated in our moa na mao ni mao na..)

help unsaon nako pag opening statement...na ma state nako akong reason in a gentle manner...hehehe..OR dili nalang nko i state akong reason? ma tinga niya sila nganu ni hawa ko diretso without any reason? HELLPPP!!! hhehe

yes thats the reality of being in the OJT. since yoou are in the accounting dept. most of the work is highly confidential, where only the employees can do the job. They are accepting OJT's just to help them out like filing, the one your doing.... you really cant expect being an OJT in the accounting dept. you can do some of the work of the assigned task of the employee....

tiwasa nalang na... kay lisod pud mangita og ka OJTihan... kay most of the HR would rather choose their alma matter ... like taga USC or USJR ang HR then ila ra pud i pick ang school were they came from... thats the reality .... trust me...

2 weeks nmn gud ko wla ni sud sa work kay gi chicken pox pero nananghid ko.
pero karon, na ganahan nmn ko mg tambay, ganahan nko mo resign or d na mo balik.
pero naa nko sweldo sa last 2 week. dapat ba na nko bayran or watever?

ayaw sa resign kay ting christmas pa hahaha ang bunos, 13th month pay og ang xmas party nga libre ang kaon.... og mga give aways!!! panagsa ra na pang hatag once a year ra na hahaha naay pay leave credits convertable to cash by january og tax refund if naa kay refund weeeee ....

1. render ko 30 days - 8 months sa company
2. pa AWOL ko - 3 months
3. nag pa or gi terminate ko - 6 months

naa rana nimo kung unsaon nimo discarte sa next employer
karon.. paets diri nako nag bagong buhay

uhmm...if mahibaw an sa amung department na nag stamp2 ra mi..d jd na i credit amung number of hours...i have classmates na nag accounting jd....not necessarily the confidential ones pero like kanang counter check lang the liquidation funds, debit-credit, basta kanang simple accounting ra gani...naam an sad mag supervise namu..ka usik sa amung 3 years na nag study ug accounting then mag stamp rami...tsk2...nang hawa na jd mi didto..di ma da ug tiwas oi...ang BIR mandaue manawat paman and naa company nag tawag sa amu karon hopefully madawat mi....

naa sad mi ka batch na nasakpan nga clerical ra kau iyang work...she was advised to look for an another employer...she already rendered 72 hours... our dept. is competitive jd..char...

need your advise..

ni balik mn ko sa work sa. so karon akong ika six months, ng appraisal me. to my immediate head iya ko ipa regular. but sa amo branch manager, not my head kay marketing dept mn cya nya operations dept ko, d ko nay iya regular daw due to ambot. mura naa cya personal problem nko. but to work performance ok kaau ko.
nka sign nko og for regularization but when the branch manager knows about my regularization, she called my immediate head and questioned ngano e.regular ko. so with the power and authority being the manager, d jud ko nya e.regular.
but now, ila nsd ko pa sign.non balik og appraisal nga hagbong ko and the plan action of the company is to terminate me. is it ok nga d nko mo sign a2? beside ang mga ratings dd2 questionable kaau. wa nmn sd ko ni duty. ni pass nko resignation sa manager but dont know f naa kuha bah nya coz i dont want to see her face again...
