Ya read it right.. LBC failed on package delivery service.

I placed a package shipment from Mindanao to Cebu City last Friday September 4, 2009 and expecting the delivery on Saturday. Well what do you know, the item still undelivered until today. So I opted to track the package using the LBC's web utility, only to know that the culprit was a wrong consignee address. Then I was like w-t-f? I have been shipping packages to the same address many times before with another courier service and experienced no problem at all.

What makes me tick was THEY never contacted me just to notify the failure of the delivery since they have my contact information. They have my email address and contact number. Every shipper has to supply these information when placing the package. So what's the use of those??

Now I have to call the LBC's Cebu delivery hub tomorrow morning again to rant about their lousy service.

same same experience i have a provincial order to bicol pero gi padala sa cdo.. pag ka.. may gali wala na masuko akoa customer... ang culprit kay sayop ang pag encode sa address.. sa package sakto sa recibo way off... took them 1 week usa ma hatod sa saktong address.. very lousy..

usahay naa nana sa ilang office ang mga item then ang tig deliver ana ang problema, kay ila mana isabay ang package according sa route sa ilang hatdan sa mga items kung d sila ka toltol kana dili e apil inyong item sa byahe... i once orderd an item from manila and sent thru AP cargo... i called their office na mao jud droppan sa mga items... ni ingon naa na daw pero wala sila katoltol asa e hatud... mao to i give them directions asa amo then ghatud dayn nila... so better know the address and numbers sa asa ilang droppan sa items... ayaw ana ilang tracking system sa net d man mo work
