Bro earnest, EXIT plan may not be necessary but much better if you have this. This referes to how will you dissolve or how will you exit the business later on. Selling some shares to your frens is also part of it. So by the time you want to want exit from this, you can simply sell all your shares. or simply sell the business to your partner if kaya na niya. Most likely if ganahan gyud siya ani na business coz siya man nagda, he will look for a way na paliton ni niya sa imo. Andam lang sa value sa imong shares hehe. One reason also na you have to have exit plan is later on basin manga ugalingon na imong gisaligan and will separate from you. unsaun man nimo na deli man ikaw ang operation guy and the business is located away from your place. Or Exit plan is also in preparation if muhunay na ang negosyo, naa ba ni diversion of business?

A partnership with friends can be risky. Have a legal document made stating everything about your partnership.

But for me, its better to go into business with a friend that you already know than with a stranger.
