hala noh? actually naa koy certificate ani ilang 2years nga scholarship kunuhay. i tried to call the number sa cert pero murag disconnected nman. gikan ni sya sakong uncle sa iyang insurance, dapat sa iya tong anak pero since hiskul paman wala nagamit, gi transfer nalang sakong bro. ngeta pako ug contact number to verify kung legit ba jud to...

Yah, They gave me a Datamex scholarship Certificate too kay ni daug daw ko sa ilang raffle. No question about that coz Datamex school is existing man pud.

Actually prior to their call, my husband and I were discussing about renewing our healthcard from other company kay hapit naman mo expire thats why na intresado pud mi that time kay nice man ilang pagka explain sa benifits (cocoplans), its only nga gi decline ang creditcard nako sa bank maong wala ma pushed through ang transaction adtong higayona.

That was Sept.15,2009. What pissed me off is ilang gi charge ang 9k amount on December 10,2009 knowing nga e okay na sa akong bank kay fully paid naman ang kadtong na used up nga 10k+amount. Pero wala man jud koy na pirmahan nga draft or reciept nga maoy usual case kon mag charge ta ug purchase sa atong creditcard diba?

Ganahan baya ko mo kuha sa ilang insurance unta pero w/ what happened nga nag buot buot sila ug pa charge sa akong creditcard w/o asking me or my husband again, murag na wala na akong trust and confidence nila hinoon?

With what happened, Am planning to withdraw all my deposits sa UCPB next week and have my creditcard # change too kay naglagot jud ko sa nahitabo. I must do this ASAP!

Guys, any ideas ninyo on how to deal w/ this?

Heres an update:

Saturday and Sunday nag compose ko ug dispute statement for my bank and for cocoplans both naka cc, i sent it thru email and faxed it too para sure jud.

Before lunch, I recieved a call from cocoplans informing me not to worry about it coz its processed already, I told them that If they will insist on posting it at my creditcard, then I will file a case that they tampered the dates and forge my signature. After hearing it,,,,nagsapid sapid na ang inistoryahan niya telling me nga ila dayon ipa expedite ang processing.

This afternoon, the creditcard in charge called informing me nagka estorya na sila sa cocoplans and they agreed nga naka process na daw ang refund but it will take 2-3 months thats why my bank was asking if agreeable ba daw ko nga e post lang sa akong statement, i have to pay daw, E debit lang daw sa akong acct. and when time comes nga ma okay na ang refund from cocoplans, thats the time they will return my money.

I replied this to her - " If you noticed the time past 2 a.m. and dates sat.& sun. when I sent the email and fax, that means,I had sleepless nights bec. of this damm creditcard, I feel that you are not protecting your valued clients basing on my situation, then I better withdraw all my deposits at your bank and also will cancel my creditcard membership coz its giving me stress, anyway, wala man akong utang sa inyo besides, kayo man ang nag padala sa creditcard kahit di kami nag apply?"

The lady at the other line apologized,,,,,sabi nya, " maam huwag mong e withdraw and e cancel maam,,,,okay na, dont you worry kami nalang ang bahala sa cocoplans,,sorry talaga maam!"

Soooo, friends,,,,gulatan ra diay ni noh? Ana diay na sila? Lisod na jud diay ang panahon karon kay even big companies like the one weve mentioned ni apply man ug dirty tactics,,,,dili jud diay angay nga mo salig ta dayon sa mga pakulooo.

Today mora ko ug na ibtan ug tonok, hehehe I hope everything will be ironed out na. Ive already learned my lesson well. Thanks for this thread too kay naka express ko sa akong gibati.

marketing tactics ni nila oi...para moadto mo sa ilang office then didto naka nila baligyaan ug plans...

coz its really really hard for them to make an appointment with u...so mao ni ilang style....

hi naku daghan nata.....victim also sa Philippine Prudential Life..ni avail ko kay for the future..,sus pagbasa naku sa policy kay alkansi man mi kay imbes kita nag invest akong gikwenta di man mao,unya after 15 years pa nimo makuha. So akong gihuna-huna nga how they sure na after 15 years naa pa cla? What if mag close ug kalit? unya what happen sa among gi bayad if ma bankrupt cla?...Akong gi cancel because kay ang pag present sa amoa wala man didto sa policy. Pag adto namo sa office bisag kinsa lang miatubang naku. Akong giingnan nganong lain-lain man ang moatubang naku,unya mag balik-balik nasad ko sa akong storya. Manager pa dyud akong giingnan,wa ko nag matter what his position ang ako ma cancel. Unya ingon ang manager ipa degrade nila para makaya naku bayran,so ila dyud kung pakwaun,ingon ko dili lang. tinood mani ila scholarship. not a scam..nkaadto naku sa ila branch sa gorordo.. tinood daw..ang byran lang nimo ang miscelaneuous, nstp and pe tshirt...free na ang tuition..... sa cocoplans ug prudential life, yaw lang jud mo pahipnotyz sa ila employee. murag mada nman jud ka sa imo kalipay ky nkadaug ka scholarship ug insurance. sa ila side pud..i think gklaro man nila pagkasulti sa ako nga mooffer cla ug savings nga with insurance, unya its up to u ra daw kung mukuha ka o dli..i said no. gipauli raman daun ko nila. waaahhhh...naa naku scholarship naa pajud ko PA..
