Hehehe! Yes, the financial mentor of Brother Bo Sanchez is our very own president. I will leave you a private message, since it is not allowed to post any number here in the thread.

FYI : Bo Sanchez is also an IMG guy.

up lang ko ani.. to remind people na amorsolo did not write only bout vital-C and Uno..

hmm.. mura man its amorsolo against Uno.. hehe

  4. #44

Dili na diha2x dayon ma build ang passive income, it takes time before you can get it's fruits. It is like planting a mango tree, dugay mu dako para when the time comes, it will earn 10 times, a hunderd folds until to the next generations ang benefits sa bunga.

A business is just a vehicle to earn money, ang problema lang jud kasagaran dili sila kahibaw sa jud ipa grow ang money.

dri lang ko reply bro.. IMG man gud.. hehehe

people dont know what is the difference between good debt and bad debt..

because of ignorance.. debt is leveraged against them..
and because of lack of financial education..
professionals find it that their own academic education is leveraged against them when it comes to financial health...

but debt is very important.. without the use of debt.. its almost impossible to conduct developments dri sa cebu coz of the rising cost of land and development.. (most people dont see this), and debt could also be used to start your own business.. (again due to lack of financial literacy, most people dont know this or are just afraid coz they dont understand)

curious lang bro.. how affected ang mutual funds in general nato diri sa pinas due to the recession sa US? dili man gud nako ma monitor coz direct man gud ko sa companies mo invest.. as far as i know. mutual funds are still going strong here

  6. #46
Dili man kaayo na affected ang mutual funds kay gi diversify man na sa mga fund managers ang mga funds into several securities. Dili man gud na single stocks ra nila gi invest, gi spread na nila into different companies.

    Philequity Fund akong mutual fund
Mao ning companies na asa nila gi pagn spread. Minimal ra kaayo ang risk basta daghan ang gi diversify

    1.) ABS CBN
    2.) Ayala Corp
    3.) Aboitiz Equity Ventures
    4.) Ayala Lang. INC
    5.) Aboitiz Power corp.
    6.) Apex Mining Co.
    7.) Banco do Oro
    8.) Belte Resources
    9.) SM Primeholdings
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    50)

Huhuhu! Kapoy na type daghan jud ang gi invesan sa PhilEquity. Kung naa kay time pwdi tika pakiton sa ilang secruties.

Kung naay ni lose sa usa ka security, naa man gud nay mu gain sa pikas. Then i average na, gain gihapon

This is the safest vehicle to place your money.

again, first of all.. dili ko IMG,
but i believe in their crusade on financial education...

i would advise na kadto interested mo start (or join) other businesses na atleast maminaw mo sa tga IMG first..

in IMG, you will learn how money moves.. at least nlang bah.. naa mo basic idea when it comes to money...

even if you earn 1 million thru business or paycheck, it will be for nothing if dili ka kamao unsaon nimo ang kwarta palihokon...

a man with financial education will earn more with 100 pesos than a man who is financialy illiterate with 1 million pesos in a span of 5 to 10 years (yep, i dont believe in instant cash, except daog sa lotto)
