Problems with ROTA rims?

mga rota users ayaw lang mo kadiscourage,advise lang ampingi lang pag gamit.

pero murag kani imuha boybangas, murag pirting gahi.a jud ani dah!

drifters ug dragsters..haaay,..usually this is what happens if fake, but even orig naay limit ang certain design sa yantas,.and u as a user of that rim should know its capacity..these pics shown in here are designer rims (meaning: rims that are made for your car to look good, not perform good..) but there is still a big difference kung imu tan-awon ang alloy sa orig from the fake..my good friend experienced this before, usually ang front maoy ma guba kay mao man lubag-lubagon gud,.tingala nalang cya nga nasangyad na iya tires sa body, mao d.i kay kabungkagon na ang iya rota..kay fake man sad iya napalit.

Me,I dont use ROTA's for my cars, for one reason, i simply dont like how they look.

1st ... Rays/Work/BBS/Wedsports/Desmond/Advan and etc... are designer wheels. they are made to look good and perform well. they are even made light weight to achieve better performance of your car. these are the wheel makers that Rota took there design from.

2nd ... Rota is a maker of fake (but good) version of these designer wheels. kung fake ang Rota, naa pajod diay nagcopy sa Rota

3rd ... do you like RAYS TE37 (Grid), Work Equip3 (Flashback), Sprint Hart CP-R (Track R), Spoon Sw388/Evo Regamaster (Slipstream), GAB Sports (GT3), Advan RG (Boost), VR CE28 (Fighter), and the likes? what wheel design do you like man diay sir? Im sure Rota has a copy of it.



FYI ... i've been to 6 different sets of rims (3 sets sold & 3 sets left). neither of them are Rota (but my 7th set was a Rota pero pang SUV). ang point nako is ayaw ninyo dauta ang Rota kay di na nila sayop. sayop na sa nagdrive. bisag unsa pa imo gamiton nga yantas kung haras'haras ka nga driver di jod magsilbi ang imo yantas. maybe you dont know nga made in the Philippines ang Rota and wide accepted sa uban countries like Europe (sikat pajod sa mga Subaru community ngadto). so please support our Philippine made products...

i like some of those rims that you have mentioned..i dont have something against this brand, but some ROTA's(not all)were still just designed to look good, the pictures portray a great evidence to that..rota manufactures replica wheels..ingun ani nalang, kung planu nimu mopalit ka ug sapatos nga pang basket(ibutang nato adidas)unsa imung paliton,orig nga adidas o kanang makit-an nimu sa kilid nga imate nga adidas?knowing nga imu na siya gamiton for basketball(all the running and jumping)would you still settle for something nga low ang quality?according to research these rims are CASTED(instead of FORGED),maybe that explains all the cracks and bends on those in the pic..the company replaces a lot of their products each year, due to these kinds of incidents..
i dont plan on bad mouthing the product, but it seems like if you do some research in the net you will hear a lot of bad feedback about the product..hell i dont care if its philippine made or japan made,i just want quality and i think that's what most of us is looking for..cheers

again sir, Rota are are wheelmaker that copies design from sa big companies like RAYS, Work, BBS and etc.. so ila ra gikopya, dili sila nagdesign jod. the one on the pix is a Rota Slipstream and its one of the best selling wheels of Rota. the 15s version of that wheel is the lightest wheel they made and its more durable than the original Desmond/Spoon 15s.

next is, your comparing a P4k worth of shoes to a P20k+ wheels. adto ka sa mall, kita ka nindot nga sapatos (Adidas), you check it, you like it, then you can buy it immediately or balikon nimo on your next payday pero kung wheels na gani hisgutan, that P20k+, you'll have to wait for pila ka months and hunahunaon jod kung mao ba jod imo gusto kay mahal raba. aside from the wheels, you have to buy pa the tires (unless you're into budget meals nga 2nd tire. then wala na ang logic nga performance kay low quality naman.)

yes. Rota wheels are are cast wheels and so are the stock wheels of our common cars running here. why cast? because they are cheaper. balik ta sa RAYS TE37. buy it bnew and it will cost you P90k to P110k + the tires pajod. compare it to buying a Rota Grid nga tag'P20+ ra + tires pajod. wala gani katunga.

why too many bad feedbacks? it is because too many people use it. why many? because its cheap. every wheelmaker have flaws. naa jod na usa sa 1000 wheels nga ila gihimo nga naay problema. sa kadaghan nga naggamit sa Rota, naa jod makatiming ato ng mga nakalusot sa QC. so ang percentage is high. naa man sad problem ang mga dagku nga car makers.

i know some of the AutoX placers her are sporting Rota wheels on their race cars and they dont have problems with there wheels.

now tell me people. how hard do you drive your car? what wheels is your car sporting right now?
