Best advice for buyers: pay through PayPal, if you feel they are trying to do something freaky.

Send them a message through "My eBay Messages"

Once you have sent them a message and they do not reply. File an Item Not as Described or Item Not Received case.

Their system leans towards the buyers. They offer more protection for buyers and little for sellers.

I beg to differ... Ebay and Paypal is bipolar, sometimes good and sometimes worst.

So far, I didn't have any issues with Amazon. But for ebay, too many to mention.
