i check the prices of tortoises online and compare them with prices from Philippine pet finder. Sellers from PPF are 2x or 3x more expensive than those sold online. Although I still don't know how much they charge for shipping or whether they ship to the Philippines. I'm contacting one breeder through e-mail presently.

Shipping to Phils., are more or less $300 additional, for fast shipping(needed), vet and other papers. So unless you will buy wholesale, its nicer to buy here nalang. Anyway I know a breeder in Manila, sells it for 6.5k - 3.5 inches.

That's good news edgeowns! Please let me know who that breeder is. You are right, shipping cost is expensive especially for adult tortoises. Somebody is making communications with me from Cameroon who sells his baby radiata for less than 100$ that is including shipping. But Im hesitant whether I would trust this person or whether he is legitimate. Tapos, the shipping is through Air France and sa Manila lang taman.
I've seen tortoises in a pet shop pero its very expensive.
