sa akong nadunggan sa news recently about aning random drug testing sa mga skwelahan, kung masakpan kuno ang studyante kay igo ra tagaan ug counseling ug preventive measures which i think is not enough.. ambot lang kung sakto or kuwang ra ni para ma-menusan ang mga adik-adik sa kalibutan... mas sakto ni nga lihok if they would consider including the teachers and other school personnel.. if found positive ang mga edaran, kinahanglang ma-taktak jud nya pasaka-an ug kaso..
everyone has the right to refuse btaw.. k rna oi!!!
this is unconstitutional because you cannot force anybody to become a witness against himself. guys... please read our constitution. this cannot be implemented and i am very sure of it.
This doesn't sound constitutional. I wonder if this move will be challenged in court.
On the other hand, a lot of trapo politicians couldn't care less what is constitutional or not. Just look at Lagman!
PRO jud kaau ko aning random drug testing...
daghan naman jud kaau mga drug users karon. dapat matabangan ni ang mga bata kai sila man gyud ang g tirahan aning mga pushers, the youth are the ones most vulnerable to these bad influences. dapat the government should do something. and awareness is the first step. so go ko ani!
