Consult your doctor before taking fatburning pills/tea etc

my bestfriend once gave me this fatburning icedtea drink from Herbalife.
after having lunch, i consumed only half the glass then went out to the grocery.

as my bf and i were walking, i felt my heart beat got faster. I thought the
palpitation would go away immediately but it didn't. it even got worse.
by the time we arrived at the grocery, i had difficulty in breathing and even standing up, as if i was gonna hava a heart attack. I was really scared that time for i dunno what will happen next. good thing i was with my bf then, so he
rushed me to the nearest hospital.

With the help of that pill the doctor gave me and a few mins of rest, my heart beat went back to normal. He advised me not to take those fatburners without the consent of the doctor even though they say that it's all natural and safe etc.
you have to make sure you wont have any allergic reactions or palpitations.

before u take any of these.. check d contents and u'll see dat it has high caffeine.. mao mag palpitation og di ka makatulog. beware of Ephedra containing products especialy those with hypertension or cardiac probs kay mura ni amphetamine ang epekto.

Hydroxycut is fine basta magwork-out gyud cause you feel a bit jittery after taking it even the ephedra-free and caffeine-free ones. It does help you lose weight.

Another one that's effective is Garcinia Cambogia, I've tried it.

I've also tried pearl whilte, effective pero risky, cause you don't know exactly the chemical components cause this product is from china. I think in the long run it can damage the liver irreversibly so be very careful with taking it. It's not worth the risk.

Well, I'm not fat but I always want a leaner figure, that's how I've tried these products.

Women at some point think that they might have reached a plateau and that it's impossible to lose weight especially the older ones and those that are past childbirth. And it's a little frustrating to shed off one, two, or three pounds even, because your mindset tells you that you're in that stage wherein losing weight is impossible.

But if you are really serious about losing weight, you can start with simple steps that do count. Slowly cut down your carb and sugar intake specially from processed foods. Incorporate fiber in your diet from fruits, cereal, veggies. Stop drinking soda. Stop eating junk foods by always thinking that "it's not worth the calories". Eat at the right time. Always eat breakfast to pump up your metabolism early in the day. Eat. Don't deprive yourself of nourishment but just don't overeat. Slowly cut down your meal portions. Say, if you eat a plate of rice before, try eating just 3/4 for now until you reach your reasonable intake. Drink plenty of water to get rid of toxins in the body to maintain normal body functions. Sleep well. Rest easy. Women who are stressed all the time tend to have bigger belly because stress hormone receptors normally gather up in that area around the midwaist and when you're stressed, fats are easily stored there. So now I'm letting you in on a secret to a trimmer waistline. Don't get stressed! And the best way to maintain healthy weight is through exercise and balanced diet.

A good supplement of green tea is also effective for maintaining healthy weight. This is what I'm stuck with right now. And so far so good. Green tea is also a good antioxidant.

One thing to note is this-- We only have one body so we must take care of it, cause if we don't who else will?
