    unsa may ika suggest ninyo sa mga tawo nga nagwork ug night and still wants to reduce weight from 192 lbs - 176 lbs? btw, standard number of hours rest is not achieved during sleep.

    when ur on diet your already performing sodium and carb depletion. off season mostly carb loading, 2 to 3 months before diet, more on complex carb, fast and slow protein diet. pero i dont usually have a schedule on those things, i just listen to my body, if it needs to adjust. like sometimes, during off-season, sobra ra ako kaon, that i reach to 210 lbs., naglisod nako ginhawa, and everytime i walk, sakit ako lower back, coz ako body nabag-uhan sa ako weight, so i cut down to 205, now im 202.

    i microwave bro, and one trick, para dili luod kan-on is i chop into tiny tidbits ang chicken, then parisi ug fruits, like banana nga lakatan, or orange fruit kanang mahalon, para dili ka maluuran.

    sorry, what i really meant was kanang final week before the contest. bodybuilders usually have this sodium loading/depletion to flush their body of subcutaneous water for a dry and shredded look. and carb depletion/loading naman is to feed the muscle glycogen with carbs arun muburot gyud siya during the contest. dunganun ni sila, sodium loading with carb depletion for 3days, then sodium depletion with carb loading for the next 3days. on the 7th day (contest day), the bodybuilder should be dehydrated, arun makita gyud ang ugat2x sa panit. anyway, this will only work for people with single-digit fat percentage.

    @ravelcop - i havent done that before, but i saw few guys, some dont do it, 1 day before contest, i saw Jerick Terņeda eat jollibee chicken, taking off the skin, just the meat.

    i tried fruit juice hinuon, like pineapple, kay tam-is,chicken bbq nga naa oil ug ketchup and 2 cups of rice, 1 day before contest.

    but i believe nga your information is good, and i guess Mr. Olympians do it, katong mga 10 down ang body fat.

    you'll feel a new stimuli in your triceps with that.. also, kung mag dips ka using the bench, put some plates on your lap.. it's challenging but i've done them before.

    ganahan lang nako sa "normal" dips kay malipay ko mag huna-huna kadaug kos ako kaugalingon.. hehe.. di na siya isolation exercise but rather compound. normally, i do compounds before isolation para dakog agi. sometimes, i do pre-exhaust exercises also.. depende ra gyud.

    @orcgod: nice info bro.. take it easy on the juice though.. bitaw, suya kos uban nga naay gear kay dagko kaayog lawas, bug-at kaayog pang alsahon..
