After removal most of us start doing care of our teeth, but the point of thinking here is if we do this care before removal so we don't need to spend money on these things.

As far as I understand, impacted wisdom teeth are not necessarily an issue of lack of care. It usually means one has a small jaw that cannot accommodate a complete set of teeth

There is an alternative to a paid service. Go pro bono by visiting the dental infirmary of the Dental Colleges in Cebu (Southwestern University, Cebu Doctors University, and University of the Visayas). Most people might be afraid that they would be a practice case. Rest assured that dental clinicians are under the supervision of a clinical instructor or two. In my own opinion, this is more reassuring. At least in those infirmaries there is a nearby hospital that could give you advance care if any untoward emergencies may arise.

There is a theory that states that our ancestors had a 4th molar, and scientists are anticipating that in the future generations there will be an absence of the 3rd molar. There is a genetic predisposition to teeth impaction. That being said, genetics plays an active role. Rarely it could also be caused by developmental physical or bacterial trauma.

I'm positive you mean impaction may cause the area to be inhabited by bacteria. Like any part of your body, there is an existing microflora or dormant bacterial inhabitants living harmoniously with each other. Once the balance is tipped, that's when they start to be come a problem.

True. Although we don't use the term "not necessarily". It is an absolute fact that this is due to genetics. The removal of impacted teeth is necessitated by an infection. Aside from infection or the promotion of hygiene, an impacted teeth may lead to jaw fracture and surrounding tissue damage (both gums and teeth) depending on its location and inclination.

Amoxicillin and Cefalixin are antibiotics used to control sepsis. Mefenamic Acid is an NSAID used to treat pain.
