Why do you need to be in service for 2 years before you will be sent for training if there is really a business need and justification for it?

the cost of sending agents to US just to train is big, obvious naman siguro kaayo ni nga rason.

and speaking of costs, Ill be surprised kung molampas ug wave 5 ang ipadala sa US, unless tinood nga 4 months daw ang training.
