They do have a project manager, system administrator and department heads but they act like puppets attached to a string which can be manipulated by the owner if he wants to. They call themselves a "corporation" but unfortunately they do not have long term plans. Everything and everyone is dispensable especially if you become pricey. I have known good programmers, SEOs and Designers come and go but i have never seen them exhaust efforts to make them stay at least for the company's sake.
If you want a company that is stable and has a high regard when it comes to their employees then Philwebservices is NOT your company. I wouldn't recommend this company for starters also, like what the other guy said this company does not practice SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) which means they don't have a planning phase, documentation phase, development phase and support & maintenance and does not have a centralized Quality Controller. What I'm saying is that, If you come across a project you should have at least a diagram or flowchart to start with... (It's what US ISO certified companies do, It's stardard for a web/software development company to have and practice one). Philwebservices doesn't have this, if you passed the exams and past the week long training then the next working day will be "hell" for you. Why? because you might be given a project that has been staggered on the development phase for months if not years, and you don't have a clue on what you are going to do.
I have so many experiences in Philwebservices, and I am willing to share it to you guys. The least i can do if keep you off a company that willl not give you anything despite your hard work and dedication.
P.S. If you are a fresh graduate / college degree this company will offer you 8k for starters, is that a price for studying hard and graduated with flying colors? It's an insult and I know you are worth more than that...
we have a new developer who came from PhilWeb...
