Globelines Hotline Lady: Sir 1 week later pa mabalik ang connection kay nag-network restoration pa mi.
That was the best answer I had when I was still using globe. Right now I have two connections, Globe(384kbps) and Pldt(2mbps). Im using my Pldt as my primary connection and my Globe is always on. However, if ma-down akong Pldt then akong i-switch sa globe, bisag pirmi pang nag-on akong globe na walay gamit-gamit, wala man gyuy internet ang akong gibayaran na 384kbps
im so over with globe na... wa na gyud ko kaagwanta oi.. ako ra mahighblood sa pagbalik balik call nila or report wa gihapon.. hahay...
globe subscriber here. i can curse globe all i want with their crappy BB & i almost switched to pldt actually. good that my nxt door neighbor let me tried his pldt line just to test it for a while. and i wasn't happy either. sige ka disconnect. naay short interval & long intervals. so, i thought, mao rang problemaha. like one poster said, all ISPs have their own share of problems. my solution right now is to keep on calling them, & everyday for that matter til ur problem get resolved. & sometimes, mao na gi ingon na depende pud sa lugar gyud kung unsa nga ISP ang maau performance dha.
pero hasol man gud bro
we're paying for the service
unta pud ba, dili ta tagaan ug promises nga dili diay nila ma achieve
