    ako kay kapila napud ko kasulay ug mga delayed flights sa Cebu Pacific. But ang ako na-noticed kay sa mga delayed flights nako nga manila-cebu kay wala jud intawn mi gipakaon nga but kadto sa jakarta-manila kay gitagaan jud intawn mi ug mcdo chicken meal with large coke pa maski 2hrs delayed rami. the flight was supposed to be 10pm but nadelayed to 12mn so nagserve sila namo ug mcdo meal midnite hahahah midnite snacks na intawn! so depende diay ni ila serbisyo kung asa ka nga country na-delayed maski pareho nga airline? so mas considerate pa diay ang management sa jakarta kaysa manila? asa naman ang pinoy hospitality ani?

    Bati na jud kaayo ug service ang Cebu Pacific karon oi. Di na ma agwanta sa ka palpak. Mas ok tong kadtong panahon nga naa pa silay 90+% on time nga ads. Karon kay mas grabe pa sila sa PAL mohuwat ug passengers. Puwede ba sad ni sila ireklamo nga hunongi na nang piso fare nga ad kay deception of customers ra man tawon na. Wa man gyuy piso ray bayran. Ang worth ra man sa ilang service ug pagtan-aw sa ilang mga empleyado natong mga passengers murag tag piso.

    usually when i fly via CP they ask man if i have onward flight....and so far wa pa man koy connecting flights nga na missed due to 5j delay.......well depende sa needs........kon urgent sa pal ko . i care not kung x3 pa na ila fare

    This is the sad reality of Cebu Pacific...that's why we should boycott Cebu Pacific....

    We went in to checkin 1 hour before, and to our shocking surprise we cannot checkin already
    because they have given our seat to chance passengers...they billed us, we didn't get to
    take the plane and our schedules were dissolved....no worst day than Cebu Pacific Day!

    What a company! Boycott ko....super boang ang Cebu Pacific.....change the name...kay

    Filipinos btw ang owners but when a business as big as this, it is assumed nga professionalized na ni and as such, requires the expertise of more experienced personnel. Ergo, foreigners. Owners/Board Members are concerned only with long term goals of the company.     You get what you pay for.

    Back in January-February though, when they were still operating at the domestic airport, I only experienced less than an hour delay, tolerable. It's so sad to hear that their service now is deteriorating.

    I have had my experience also with Cebu pacific.. perteng grabeha sa delay.. i guess it all started when they started flying regional flights (i.e KL, Sing.. etc).. ang eroplano kay maghuwat ug pila ka oras para sa connecting flight nga mga pasahero..

    one thing sad nga akong napansin, after there bloody update sa ilang SYSTEM.. didto mas grabe.. huwat ko ug 2 ka oras para lang mupalit ug ticket, wa pa gyud siguro labi na ika 20 na ka sa linya.. perteng dugay kaayo.. print screen pa gyud ang gamit!
