it's a safety failure on the side of the escalator & in all likehood SM is protected from that by the escalator manufacturer thru claims. SM will assume full responsibility since it's a functional/safety defect of their facility & for good publicity. at least, that's how i see it. hopefully, the kid is all okay. my prayers for him.

remember a few years back... that case against a fastfood chain because of stupid parents that insist that mascot carry their baby? hayunnnnn nalaglag ang baby and now meron na yata seizures. sus klaro man to parents ang sad-an pero hala bira sue sila... to the tune of 15mil (NOT sure)

if i am not mistaken...pildi ang parents ato. in fact.... we were really hoping the parents would lose. tagam.

even if my son is four years old.... sige ra gihapon ko ma-praning going down the escalator oi. i always hold his hand...and i always tell him NOT to go near any escalator without an adult. bahala na praning... better safe than sorry.

nagkatawa lang ang uban ganiha kay ang head sa mga sikyu isog kaau ug nawng..hehe he was like irritated looking at the crowd trying to be usisero. cgeg syag bugaw sa mga tao nga naa sa Upper Ground (2nd) Floor nga nana-aw.. but to no avail. namalik ra pod dayon gihapon ang mga tao nga nanguryuso...hehe

then i heard a group of nursing students behind me talking "Sus abi nakog artista! Tara na oi, ka-luod ana!" hahah nursing pa jud! mas pili-on pa ang artista kaysa emergency...hehe
