WESTERN WATS is pretty established as I remember, and I guarantee you the job is as decent as any center's. Also, really great salary.

aw.. actually, it has become so much better na. I really recommend those who are interested to work in a call center to work here.. job is simple, but definitely not easy.

and pay is really good. schedule is great.. and you can concentrate on your studies if u want.. naa pud sila part time option..

Established maybe.. comparable to other centers i think not.(this is just my opinion.) Ive been in this industry for 6 years..mla and cebu.. 2yrs as an agent,1yr as hr officer,2yrs as a trainer and 1yr so far as a manager and im sorry to say watts is in another level all together. trust me i know the status and the background of the bpos here in our fair city may that be established,inhouse,midsized and fly by night callcenters. but thats my opinion if you love it there then thats great more power to ya! Great pay? hmm.. I wouldnt say that until their at the same level of a convergys or etel. you should check out more places so you can compare.

the pay is great i tell you.. hayahay ayu ang mga agent dri oi... increase galore ang mga tao.. of course the harder the job, the higher the pay.. natural... pero simple job for such a high pay. GREAT!
so what's the basis of your standards for an "established" call center?
