    This is how Sto.Nino protect us. Despite of many provinces and cities are experiencing difficulties and tragedy, but in Cebu...life seems normal.

    richest province or not, i love cebu kay bisdak man ko.
    LGU-province of cebu is separate from LGU-city of cebu/mandaue/lapu lapu.
    sige lang birahan ni garcia si tomas kay daku man jud ato utang sa SRP.
    its not earning now but at least it helped in the traffic problem sa south.
    di man sad madali dali ang construction kay sobra ka capital intensive and kamahal na jud sa mga materials karon.
