    to be so sure, u have to rest jud after exercise... ako interval kay 1 hour man...

    pero if mag exercise or workout ko gawas sa among balay nga medyo layu, i drink cold water sah... then after ana, i go to ayala or sm just to sit down, relax and stabilize your body temperature... then inig uli nimo sa balay, diha na ko maligo...

    if naa ra ko sa balay or tapad lang sa balay mag exercise, inum sa ko tubig, wait for 1 hour before maligo...

    Seconded. This is true. This thread is full of "I think". There is nothing wrong with taking a bath directly after a intense workout. Cold or hot it doesn't matter.

    I was thinking of creating this kind of thread but thanks coz this one is already existing..

    All of my basketball mates badlungon ko pirmi coz after we've played maligo man dayun ko.Sila kay they just wiped their body.. I told them that I was doing this for a very long time coz I don't like the filthy or stinky feeling and wala man sad ko gibati nga unusual sa ako body..They told me nga dili pa daw na karon, pag ma edaran na daw ko usa na mang gawas ang mga ailments pero I was thinking nga syempre if ma tiguwang ka mas prone man jud ka sa mga sakit..
    I tried to find some scientific explanation if there is some truth about this pero base sa mga post dire wala man diay..

    ok ra maligo dayon o taud pa basta warm lang ang tubig. ayaw lang jud bugnaw.
