there's no problem if those supervisor would treat the company as their own basta not to the point na dauton nila ilang mga tawo... kanindot gud ana... or dauton para di cla maapsan.... they dont know na kung d ma promote ang kanang mga tawo nga under nila d sad sila ma promote kay saun wala may capable mna mo puli sa ilaha.... hahayyyyy

pero bai, ok man si mr and mrs ng. saludo mi nila pero ang mga supervisors lang jud namo ang dili kibaw kung ang ila gibuhat maayo ba o dili sa mga members. maayo nalang akong leader bu-otan.

i really think that this thread shouldn't be locked nor deleted..
this is very healthy for the company.
at least they will know the concerns of their ex-employees and thus make room for adjustments in which in the future can make the company more progressive..

kudos to those former employees who speak their mind regarding the company..I salute you guys..

your really Dissappointed. just be cool man. if not for your former boss , your not be thier in your company now and most of all you have a big salary. thanks to them and life is full of surprises and one of them is that u had now. they say sometimes your at the top and sometimes your at the bottom.. be thankfull and strive harder, aim high . maybe someday ikaw na maging boss nila hehehe. peace bro.

there's no such thing as perfect. i've been thru a lot of companies and it seems there is no perfect at all. if we have heartaches towards them all we need to do is to step out from them and find a better one. sayon ra man na, murag loyalty pledge ba...

basta ako i've gone thru many bosses, naay maldita, maldito, dili maminaw but I always look into how i am for the company. if dili na sila ganahan nako then that's the time i will exit...exit na walay daghan sulti. kay pasabot ana wala na koy gamit.

sakit pod bitaw nang ingon ana pero you can not change the system man god kay nag exist naman na before you joined them. kung dili ganahan aw hawa.
