both effective..pero naaman dili gusto gud sit ups kai kapoy and boring..with belly dancing lingaw man...
belly dancing is more effective than sit-ups when it comes to fat and weight loss. sit-ups would just usually firm up the abdominal muscles but it wont burn much fats. sit-ups would be recommended once your body fat percentage is quite low.
