Yes, guys can be somewhat "inert" when it comes to their true feelings.

Yeah it really proves a lot about a guy's intentions if he takes the initiative when it comes to L-O-V-E, but alas being intuitive is not really our thing...

I believe it would really help (and maybe in a way, it'll be fair) ladies, rather than just wait, if you could be so kind to provide some show of inclination, maybe an invitation(?) or an incentive for the us men to take the initiative.
