    dli man cguro ma compare ang LRDC ug ang SMC.. its like comparing oranges to apples....LRDC is an IT company.. SMC is not.. SMC may give you a better compensation..maybe not.. depende sa position cguro... pro ako gkan sad ko dha sa LRDC.. janitor ko sa una
    now same with Kolz am here in singapore na.. and the same ako work dri ug work nako sa lex pako..

    Pro para nako if bag o grad.. yaw tan aw sa imo sweldo diretso.. but will the company give you the growth that you need.. and will it be honored sa uban companya.. just incase...

    Naa man gyud na bisan asa. Pero kanang tanan nagbagutbot tungod na sa internal politics and not about the company. Siguro reklamo lang na sila tungod sa ilang manager or supervisor/team lead but not the company in general. To this day, after I left the company, daku pa gihapon akong utang kabobot-on sa akong previous management chain, I thank them for giving me the best experience while I was there.

    Sa mga fresh grad, if given the opportunity to work in LRDC. Take the chance, like what tikboy has said, ayaw tan-awa ang sweldo, tan-awa ang opportunity - the chance to practice sa imong pagka engineer, for sure ma mold gyud na pag ayo imong skills.

    this is true, naa uban depts nga grabe kaau ang politics, i was blessed k sa una akong manager k very approachable, nya wla kaau politics w/in sa among dept, dghan gani na suya nko k nice daw among management sa among dept, unlike sa other depts.....
