Rodech is one of the countries training institutions offering HSE short courses.
Rodech has 3 active branches (cebu,baguio,manila) each producing 25-30 graduates per month
so minimum 75 graduates per month + mindanao site graduates
lain pa jud tong ilang graduates sa occasional classes sa gawas like Iran UAE India.
naa pay daghan nag-offer pud ug Safety trainings. sa cebu pa lang daan naay Concept, Eastwest ug ODT among others

then you check sa job posts sa Sunstar, sa agencies ug online

stiff competition. imong kadungan mostly are Ex-Abroads who HAVE JUST graduated from safety trainings here. Safety Officer before then Safety training only now ? fishy/ironic right ?
and usually employers will go for them.
not that they have actual experience on HSE, but they will claim to be Safety Officers abroad during interview man. so ikaw if wapa ka ka abroad, tagilid naka. (and commonly karon, ang mga bigtime companies will require @ least 2 years overseas experience)

grabe ang imbalance ron sa Supply vs Demand for Safety Officers.
ang result, lipay ang employers coz they can offer meager rates which are just slightly higher than local employment. tsk tsk tsk

pwede ka mo apply sa internet direct or na-a pud agencies dri sa ato nga affiliate sila with these companies. Just try lng gyud bai kay di nimo mahibaw-an kung in need gyud sila sa imo position nga gi applyan. Ako wa koy exp. bai same nimo pero na swertehan lng ko kay ni apply pud ko sa mga agencies dri sa ato. Nag train lng ko bai unya kaloy-an sa Diyos nkapasar ko.

Just keep sending your CV's lng sa mga agencies nato dri or direct sa sites nila. Try visit bai workabroad og kng oil and gas adto sa rigzone.

Mga bro try mo apply sa big companies like ADNOC, QATAR GAS, TAKREER, maayo ni sila na companies sa middle east for oil and gas mapa onshore man or offshore.

TAKREER is under ADNOC group boss..hiring na cla kay naay expansion.. same with GASCO and BOROUGE.
