actually, as far as churches are concerned, it shouldn't be called "funds," but rather, "LOVE GIFTS." that's why it's not taxable. and that's why the church is very rich. ('c',)

for accurate answer regarding your question, go to PATRIA de CEBU bldg and go to Archdiocesan Office and look for Msgr. Joseph Tan. He is the finance officer of the Archdiocese of Cebu and the one who is in-charge of Cardinal Vidal's Expenses and budgets.
