    i lost 15 lbs. in just 1 month... no RICE diet. substituted rice with wheat bread. small frequent feedings throughout the day so you won't starve. and 2 - 3 bottles of Fit n Right everyday too.. always have an extra cracker in your pocket..

    breakfast: regular meal
    no snacks
    lunch: wheat bread, tuna
    snacks: fruits
    dinner: nesvita oatmeal

    ok ra na cya na diet plan? plus i drink lots of water everday.. ok ra na cya mugamay nako ana for a month? i also do treadmill 30 mins a day

    truth of the matter is, there's no healthy fast way to lose weight..

    im planning to cut out 10lbs + lbs will-be-gained this xmas season this coming january..

    my plan would be to eat veggies every meal (5 meals per day, 6am, 9am, 12n, 3pm, and 6pm) half rice

    for 6am, 12n, and 6pm and no rice those of 9am and 3pm.. more meals = faster metabolism! so divide

    your meals into 5 meals each day.. then of course, gym! i will be enrolling at bodytone, treadmill for 40

    mins then walk to coco mall to play DOTA =P! basta remember, burn more calories that you take para

    ma-burn imu fats and don't do starving if you can't stand being starved to death for weeks because di

    jud ka muniwang ana.. why? kay if your body senses that you're not taking any food, it will turn to

    starvation mode.. when it is in starvation mode, it will hold on to your fats to supply you with energy..

    so 3-5 days of starving won't make you thin, go for 1-2 weeks if you really wanna starve to death your

    way to a slim body =P and 1 more thing, don't eat anything from 7pm to 6am, it's effective DAW..

    water pede ra.. if you want an unhealthy way to lose 10lbs in a week, google "cayenne pepper and

    lemon diet".. it is a liquid diet used by Jared Leto (vocalist of 30 seconds to Mars)..

    he lost 60 lbs in 8 weeks with that diet and exercise of course!

    yes it worked for me..... pero akong diet naa gihpon xay sustansya nga kinahanglan nato daily. for example, sa rice carbo mn, wheat bread naa gihapon.. den protein, 1 egg a day pd ko...

    as for u diet plan, ok kaau xa kay regular meal imo morning, mao mna pinaka important na meal gd,,, start the day ryt kaau na,,,,, and i see wala kay snacks sa morning,,, pde rapd ka mag fit n ryt ana if ever gutomon ka ana nga tym.. at least 1x a day,,, ako kay 2 -3x a day, i dont do cardio mn gd daily kay busy ko , student pman gd..
