hello mga bro..karon rako kita ani nga thread.hinuon karon pa pud ko nangita ug ing-ani diri kay nakasugod naman ko android app dev karon. im into hardware and firmware engineering actually, kani android app dev i dont know asa nako i classify if firmware ba or software since mo interact man pud ta sa hardware.

i have tried the emulator and actual android phone which is the galaxy Y. Android 2.1 API level 7 ako gamit para forward compatible sa mga devices. i rearly use emulator na karon kay nag bluetooth SPP naman ko run..enjoying the job.. upppp ta ni para ma buhi!

what is the advantage of doing the jeepney route as android app over web app? for me, if you do it as a web app, magamit pod nimo sa desktop, laptop, iphone, ipad and other devices as long as naay internet compared to android app na currently limited to android smartphone and tablets only. meaning to say limited ra kaayo ang makagamit ani. unya sige pa ug change ang android versions pro wala naman tingali ni impact sa kaning app.

gothere.sg is a web app. wa ko kbao if naa na bai android app but definitely you can just browse it using your browser sa android phone.

Nakahuna2x sad ko ug Cebu Jeep Routes sa una... plano nako nga mangita ang app ug shortest path from source to destination... Unya mo-automatic sad ug compute sa total fare... Problema lang, asa ta pwede mangita ug reliable map para sa mga routes? Sa LTO?

UPDATE: Naa ko nakit-an nga list of routes dire. Grabeha sad aning LTFRB wui... Pahimoan pa man jud ug letter para lang ani Ata*a sad aning red tape wui. Dapat i-privatize na lang tanan agencies sa government...

i wanted to do the same thing a few years back but LTFRB is just not doing anything even if there are people who wanted to help.
