Maybe that's the first step to learn. Copy, be inspired, and steal ideas to learn. But it cannot sustain, you should have some innovatation.

dagko tuod kasagaran ug base salary ang mga home based and freelancers pero ang mostly gibawe na sa mga naas company like paid leaves and holidays, 13th month pays and bonuses, insurances, etc...

so naa ra jud na nimo, company or freelance.. para nko company kay dili kaayu ka pressured kaysa mag freelance ka.. that would be until naay kay idea ug product nga mo click online nga basin ikaw ang next Zuckerberg? Gates? Jobs? etc...

pwede ra bisag asa basta focus on that domain before ka mo move on sa next domain.. bati ka mo design? ok lang, focus sa sa backend and vice versa.. basta ayaw dungan-dungana kay stressful sad kaayu na basin dili ka matarong ug kat-on..

I worked as Freelance before, pros: You can work on flexi time maoy nindot. Makatipid na kay dili na need mag pleti2x lakaw then kaon sa balay lang. You will be more resourceful kay magkugi gud ka ug tuon hehhehe.... cons : since work ka freelance mostly walay benefits, walay holiday, walay 13th month pay. no work no pay. Unstable job, Since you'll not now if ugma naa pakay work. pero depende na sa makuha na client kay naay uban ron client na niconsider ug benefits pud

Karon nag work nako sa company, Pros: Offer is okay, sa amoa naay 14th month. we can work from home panagsa. Dili strict sa time in sa company. got some benefits, then medical. Naa pud mga trainings. Wala pud kaayo pressure. Usa pasad pwede ka maka sideline hehehe. Stability sa work..

Cons: Sometimes due nga dako company sometimes specific lang kaayo ang work nimo you'll have no option to explore new things pero depende pud ni naay uban na company na tagaan gud kag sakto pud work hehehe. nya ang TAX grabeh kadako.. faits.
