    @lestat1116 Treat your abs like any other muscle group. Give it time to rest so it can recover. Well, if you give your abs an intense 8-10 minute workout. For sure it's gonna make you think twice of working the abs again tomorrow! haha yo can train them every two days. just like the forearms

    mao pud ako nagwatch sa P90x ab ripper. ingon ang instructor na rest jud para effective ang exercise.

    thanks. im currently doing chest, then back/shoulders, then bicep/tricep/forearm, rest, back to exercise. ok rani siya nga combination? ako lang e 3 times a week? unsa ang conditioning exercise? then dili pod ko kabalo unsa nga compound exercise ako iapil sa plan kay hadlok ko basin naa koy muscle nga dili maigo.

    is it ok to combine cardio and weight training at the same time? like jogging in place after evry rest period.

    what's the best upper body exercise imu ma recommend bro?more on chest and tiyan ang focus nya ba. everyday ko tig jogging pero tgsa rako tig sit up.more on pasingot ra gyud ning ako, nya karon control na kaon.
