    Default Call Centers and Salaries

i like this thread. very informative. on the contrary, i thnk its improper to disclose the salaries being offered by companies since its confidential,

just like employers screen job applicants according to qualifications, job applicants have also the option to screen prospective employers according to salaries and compensation. Not because you're just after money but..everybody deserves to be paid properly given the same amount of workload, labor, hardwork and sacrifices. If you have to be a good worker, might as well go for good pay. Avoid being exploited. I believe in hyperwage!

    Happy posting!

this should not be confidential... i hope this would create competition for the employers to give better salary offer. in fact sa abroad gani... before mag pa interview mangutana jud ang applicant if pila ang starting salary, this is also to avoid wasting time for the applicant and interviewer.

kalooy pud intawn nato mga pinoy... 12K as starting! less tax, SSS, etc... saunz nalang! actually with the present economic situation dapat ang Pinoy dunay 22K-24K net minimum income in order to have an average standard of living and sustain the daily needs, this is only for unmarried people, samot na kung pamilyado ang tao. below than that income na a jud ka sa poverty line.

suma kinsa man to na ay net income ngari let's say 18K-20K na a paba mo ma save sa inyung salary? unless siguro ang lifestyle mura nalang pud ug zombie (work house work house)

    just my 2 cents
Mao nay epekto sa Confidentiality kunuhay, tan awa wa ta kabalo nga gamay ra diay kaayu atu salary compare sa standard jud para unta natu. Mao bitaw i confidential sa company an sweldo kay di kabalo an uban. Nya ang uban diri mureklamu pa jud ug i post an rates kay confidential daw. makatabang nah natu if naa ta info bahin sa mga rates oi.
