i think it's not too late TS. if ganahan jud ka ana na field i think you can do it, but you'll have to start from the bottom jud. wa ta kahibaw after a year or 2 hanas na dai kaau ka, pas2x imong learning maapsan pa nimo ang mga fresh grads. That's what i've learned from my colleague saona na naawahi sa programming but grabeh diay kaau pag naka apas na.

agree ko sa mga ideas ni cebugdev. if employment sa mga IT companies imo githink, murag lisud na. daghan na kau kontra. if ako tali naa sa imo shoes nya pursigido jud ko, ari ko start sa freelancing k murag naa ko dako2 na chance. pwede tali websites (k comsci mn ka). or kana mga online na mghire ug freelance like kana odesk. i know daghan pa na mga ingon ana k nakasideline pd ko ana sauna. or mutry ka ug mobile dev. android ba kaha or sa ios or sa windows phone. himo ka imo product nya baligya nimo sa ila stores. dili ko kau familiar sa details ani though. if asa ang feel nimo na hayag2 imo kaugmaon, concentrate nlng ka diha nya if unsa ang knahnglan na elearn (languages, etc) anha nlng ka mudig deeper.
No, its not too late to learn. Yes, there are still a lot of opportunities for you. You can try working online. There are a lot of foreigners looking for programmers.
you can learn programming whether you are 5 or 80years old, so by 30 its not too late IMO
