no i mean that the phone will work here as glboe and smart are using 900 and 1800 mhz GSM and 6680 also works on those two networks freq. aside from the 3g system in japan.

i made this guide as generalized as possible...not only for nokia!
including the codes like *#06# works basically most if not all phones including the p910i.

nokia models posted are just examples like for firmware code *#0000#...in this case sa P910i you need to go thru the menus on the phone to see the version. no need of any special code.

pls read carefully...all situation/guide/ideas may apply to other models made by other manufactures as well
