I personally have horrible period cramps. I got on birth control which honestly doesn't help me much, but it usually helps many girls. My doctor prescribes me medecine to help with the pain (more about pain killers on Canada Drugs site) . I have read thata hot shower or heating pad will help a bit! But other than that, I'm not sure...
