    I heard this one from one of the agents here:

    Agent: Ma'am let's try to restart the computer so we can have a fresh start.

    Customer: Ok..

    Agent: Please click on start and shutdown and click on restart

    Customer: Ok, so should I click on shutdown?

    Agent: NO ma'am! I said restart.

    Customer: Oh, ok.Sorry.

    Agent:That's alright. Is it restarting now?

    Customer: It's shutting down

    Agent: Ma'm I said Donut shutdown! Donut Shut down.




    hehehheh! He was really frustrated with the cust,obviously. He shouted Donut! I said Donut!

    agent reads the cust.'s name in the profile which is very long and difficult to pronounce...
