As for Boruto, the kids rough just like what his uncle has intended him to be and it fits him nicely
as Kawaki's rival.

Kages in power it's stupid. If this is universally accepted power scaling imbalance it woulda been better if
they've made it shorter and action-packed instead of trying to milk Kishimoto resulting to asinine outputs,
i.e. 'Kara' and the Otsutsuki clan that comes from another planet which is incoherent to shinobido values

Matay, kinsa man gyud ni si Koji? A few chapters back, he was able to summon a toad which
requires the summoner to have a pact with the toads at Myoubokusan. With that said, there's
no doubt he is a descendant/student of one of 3 shinobi who had gained trust with the toads.

He even infiltraded Konoha bypassing Ino-san & her team of chakra scanners from all corners
of the village as if he's a citizen. Therefore, his chakra is registered legally! I reckon he's around
Kakashi's age and could be part of that generation.
