Accenture Solutions (IT) rocks! Updates...as of this writing.. hiring for BPO (for Manila) and IT (solutions..for cebu) is still on-going..... as far as i've heard... apply namo diri....be with the best people....enjoy while you work.. live the accenture life....

gamay ra jud kaayo ang sweldo accenture. and daghan pa jud discrepancies sa sweldo. maybe dagko ang sweldo sa IT, but sa BPO Cebu? gamay ra jud, labi na if contractual ra. Dugay pa kaayo ma-settle ang mga kulang nila sa mga agents..I've heard ang uban 2 months wa daw na-sweldohan, but pagkuha pud nila sa ilahang pay, dako pud ilahang nadawat hinuon kay 2 months gud..ang uban gani sa una daw kay gihatagan ra sila'g 2K worth of gift certificates sa ilahang kulang sa last pay.. the sad thing is, di man madawat ang GC as pambayad sa boarding house.. huhuhu..

Sad to hear your story. But don't be dismayed by what happened. Everything happens for a reason. There's no such thing as a perfect company. You just have to be in the right team/department. Excel at your best. Don't lose hope.
