Most of the information maybe true to some extent but it's not surprising, because considering that many middle eastern countries especially the oil rich states have the same setup..

When i was in Dubai, their locals don't pay for public utilities. Free ila tubig, kuryente, cable, internet, etc... Libre ila education.. Ang ga shoulder sa expenses are the expats and also the filipino and indians working there..

Pag ramadan, their locals can go to and off from work anytime of the day..

i find those hard to believe, that scenario is equivalent to paradise. Who would make a revolt against that kind of ruling. it's simple logic, no need to ask from any source. Fact of the matter is, people in Libya are dissatisfied with Gaddafi that's why they stood up and took arms against him and was successful at it.

kabasa sad ko ani. Libya is a very rich country, in resources and lots of gold reserves. all the benefits posted, im not so sure, pero with Qaddafi's fall.. mura man deja vu ni sa iraq. its all about Oil and Western powers take advantage.
