pag jogging / gym / exercise then kaon dayon nig human that lowers your metabolism rate nya manambok jud ka..
or
eat chocolate, sweets, cold drinks, fatty foods, cookies, tanan na bugnaw, tam-is, lami... don't limit your food intake...
or
stop on your vices, as in total stop, your mind will try to redirect your vice to eating... at least that's what I've observed for most of the people around me....

siomai
5cups of rice
imong dessert kay chocolate cake, maha
midnight snack (optional)
pancit canton 2pcs
with bread (para dili ka lod on napud)
hehehe.. so.. murag grabeh kaayu ang calories na ma gain nimo ana bro.. do it in a month and notice your weight going up to the top!
basta weight gain gani... imo motto ana kay "dapat di ka kafeel gigutom ka"
